Meliá Ibiza

Loved it. Great hotel and location.

We stayed at Meliá Ibiza for one week for our wedding this year and absolutely loved it. We had one of the suites in The Level area of the hotel and it was truly beautiful. From the glass of bubbly on arrival to the stunning rooftop pool, everything felt really special. Although we were self-catering, The Level offered drinks throughout the day, plus snacks and a tapas hour in the evening — all included with the room, which was such a lovely surprise. Our suite was a dream: a large bathtub, huge balcony and the most incredible sea view. We were also greeted with a bottle of champagne on arrival, and again on our wedding night — such thoughtful gestures. The hotel team were so patient and accommodating, allowing all of our suppliers to meet us there in the lead-up, and welcoming our wedding party on the morning of the wedding so they could get ready with us. We honestly can’t recommend The Level at Meliá Ibiza enough — we’ll definitely be back! Location is also great, it was round the corner from our wedding venue, but also only a short 15min walk into the harbour where you'll find lots of restaurants, and 10 mins further into the main Santa Eularia town & beach. The only thing to note is that some of our guests booked standard rooms in the main hotel and felt they were quite small, so we would highly recommend booking within The Level if your budget allows.

Lugar increíble: por su ubicación, por su equipo … por todo. Está al lado de una cala espectacular donde el atardecer o amanecer es de impresión. La calidad del desayuno y comida es de primer nivel aunque nada comparado con la calidad del equipo humano: desde recepción hasta el personal de limpieza. Súper cercanos y amables. No pude disfrutar de la piscina y otras instalaciones: espero volver a repetir experiencia y las valoraré.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 6 (!) Mal hier und haben wie immer eine Suite mit Meerblick für 11 Nächte gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gefragt, ob dies unser 1.Aufenthalt ist ? Unser Zimmer kennen wir sehr gut. Der Blick ist unschlagbar, es gehört nun auch etwas renoviert. Das Frühstück im Level Club ist sehr gut, kein Vergleich zu früher. Leider ist der Service hier sehr langsam und man muss auf den Kaffee über 10 Minuten warten. Aber kein Erkennen des Gast auch nach 10 Tagen, kein Guten Morgen wie geht es Ihnen? Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr ruhig und in Fussnähe zur Stadt. Für die katastrophale Parkplatzsituation in diesem Jahr kann das Hotels nichts. Was mich am meisten gestört hat war die freundliche Gleichgültigkeit des Personals, leider keine Herzlichkeit.

La ubicación de este hotel es única y bellísima. Las vistas, el jardín, la decoración colonial, la terraza de desayuno (especialmente la de The Level), cama cómoda, ducha muy amplia, desayuno muy variado y rico, ambiente relajado y agradable. Muy bonito el uso de una pequeña franja de vegetación para lindar con la senda (publica) que recorre la costa al lado del hotel, en lugar de la típica valla o muro. Estuvimos con la opción The Level y vale totalmente la pena, o como mínimo coger vista a mar. Una propiedad muy bonita que en mi opinión está por encima de otros hoteles de superior categoría que tiene Melia.
