“I would definitely not rate this as a 5 star hotel. At most a 3.5. My mother and I came on a mini break and for the price, I was really disappointed in particular by the service and also disappointed by the rooms. Our room was not hoovered when we entered and there was hairs in the bath. I didn’t mention this as we were tired from our trip. We are also Melia rewards members and were charged for breakfast despite being told breakfast would be complimentary for one party. My mother had breakfast once and even that was too much. €30 for the most lacklustre breakfast possible in this beautiful food rich region. If staying in Bilbao again I would avoid this hotel group unless you want to pay more for a mediocre hotel.”See more reviews

“Ein sehr besonderes Hotel mit wunderbarer Architektur. Es ist ein Fünfsternehotel mit besonderer Lässigkeit. Die Mitarbeiter sind super aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Fast jeden Tag gab es eine Aufmerksamkeit mit einer persönlichen Nachricht auf dem Zimmer. Das neue Restaurant war überirdisch gut. Das Frühstück ist perfekt. Die Lage des Hotels ist genial.
