The Level at Meliá Barcelona Sky

“Stayed 3 nights at the hotel and honestly, was a great surprise! We took a room on the last floor with view to the city (so we had a great view to Sagrada Familia) and at the same time we were in front of sunset. So pretty! Breakfast was very good, with a selection of special menu for the level clients (like tortillas, omelets, etc). Service was always nice and kind, special mention to Bruno and Camilla who were always very open and helpful when needed. And Marcella from breakfast team! Pool is good, not very profound. Only sad thing is the bar 24 Cielos which was pretty empty and they don’t serve food anymore, only drinks. The location is also convenient, 10min walking to Mar Bella beach, 10min to metro station Glories or 5min walking from metro station Poblenou and in front of a Tram station. Would recomend 10/10!”

What stood out the most was the team: every single person we interacted with was warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a beautiful pool area that became one of our favorite spots to relax. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the details, and those small touches made a big difference and elevated the whole experience. What really made this stay special is how comfortable and welcomed we felt—it genuinely felt like a home away from home. We left already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!”

“As I'm writing this, I'm sitting with a glass of Champagne, enjoying whats left of my birthday, and the spectacular city view at The Level. I had the most amazing four night stay. While we booked a basic room package, we were offered an upgrade, and i do not regret taking the offer. From the time we entered, every moment was just amazing. I would recommend this place over and over again. I especially want to say a massive thank you to Laressa and Antonio at the Level, you both are amazing and kind and prompt and extremely helpful with everything! No doubt the rest of the staff especially the ladies at the spa are just as wonderful. Thank you for making my 37th birthday a beautiful one. A beautiful memory i'll always cherish.”

“Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Me dieron un upgrade gratuito a una habitación preciosa con vistas al mar, un detalle que realmente aprecié. El check-in se retrasó un par de horitas por el alto volumen de huéspedes, pero lo compensaron con el upgrade. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Laressa y Bruno por su trato tan amable y profesional, marcaron la diferencia en mi estancia. El desayuno fue excelente. Sin duda volvería. 👍”
