“Я выбрала этот отель, чтобы отметить свой день рождения, но, к сожалению, осталась разочарована.По приезду мне предложили «повышение категории номера» как будто это подарок, но на самом деле это было просто платное предложение, причём дороже, чем цена на сайте накануне. Это выглядело очень не приятно. Спа формально включён, но записаться сложно: время ограничено примерно 30 минутами и сложно иметь запись день в день. Для отеля такого уровня это неожиданно. Завтрак тоже разочаровал , выбор и пополнение были очень слабые для 5звезд,тем более в Испании. Сам отель неплохой, но он точно не стоит этих денег. Не рекомендую его для любых знаковых событий. К сожалению, вместо приятных эмоций в свой день рождения я получила разочарование. Я не могу его рекомендовать.”See more reviews

“As I'm writing this, I'm sitting with a glass of Champagne, enjoying whats left of my birthday, and the spectacular city view at The Level. I had the most amazing four night stay. While we booked a basic room package, we were offered an upgrade, and i do not regret taking the offer. From the time we entered, every moment was just amazing. I would recommend this place over and over again. I especially want to say a massive thank you to Laressa and Antonio at the Level, you both are amazing and kind and prompt and extremely helpful with everything! No doubt the rest of the staff especially the ladies at the spa are just as wonderful. Thank you for making my 37th birthday a beautiful one. A beautiful memory i'll always cherish.”See more reviews

“Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Me dieron un upgrade gratuito a una habitación preciosa con vistas al mar, un detalle que realmente aprecié. El check-in se retrasó un par de horitas por el alto volumen de huéspedes, pero lo compensaron con el upgrade. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Laressa y Bruno por su trato tan amable y profesional, marcaron la diferencia en mi estancia. El desayuno fue excelente. Sin duda volvería. 👍”See more reviews

“A pior experiência que tive em todos os hotéis da rede que já fiquei ,e eu sou membro Melia desde 2013. Primeiro me cobraram de forma errada o café da manhã , logo depois me deram um UPGRADE um quarto de frente para a cidade , enquanto uma pessoa que chegou logo após ganhou um quarto com vista para o Mar , e no dia de hj , eu estou hospedado e neste momento são 17:33 não limparam o quarto , de verdade de 5 estrelas este hotel não tem nada. Profundamente decepcionado com o hotel , é a minha segunda vez aqui e na primeira foi tudo perfeito , saio daqui muito mal impressionado e desde já desaconselho quem quiser vir .”See more reviews
