Just home from a brilliant holiday in Alicante while staying here at Alicante Gran Sol. Checking in was simple with a smile. We were given room 2501 which was spacious enough for 2. It was clean and inviting and had everything we would need for a few days. The views were to die for, absolutely beautiful outlook over the castle, city and marina. The balcony although small ish was enough for the 2 of us. The lifts, we thought were reasonably fast, especially being 25 floors high. We enjoyed our visit and will recommend this big structure for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the staff. 😊👌

Great hotel, great location, views, staff breakfast, found underground parking 5min walk away. Lot's of lovely restaurants spoilt for choice 😁

Vegyes tapasztalataim vannak a Gran Solban. A szobánkhoz tartozó erkély érthetetlen módon csak ablakon keresztül volt megközelíthető, így gyakorlatilag használhatatlan maradt. A liftek lassúak és túl kicsik a vendégszámhoz képest, ráadásul az 5 napos tartózkodásunk alatt háromszor is lezárták a felső emeletet privát rendezvények miatt, ami nagy csalódás volt. Viszont pozitív a személyzet hozzáállása: mindenki kedves, segítőkész és profi módon próbálták kezelni a felmerülő problémákat. A kiszolgálás miatt jár a dicséret, de a szálloda infrastruktúrája és a tetőterasz folyamatos korlátozása javításra szorul.

We had a 4 night break,staying in a sea view room on 22nd floor,lovely room,great views,wow...bed very comfy so slept well,bathroom decent size with toiletries, hairdryer, the shower decent. The hotel in ideal situation for all amenities, nr beach,marina and shops,plenty to see and do.Staff all v pleasant and helpful, we will definitely return here
