“A group of 12 high school friends all celebrating our 65th birthdays. We loved this resort. Service really set it apart from others I’ve stayed at. Every single employee was happy, helpful & kind. An example was when red wine was spilled on in room drapes, they changed them out immediately. Rooms I had a single room with a king sized bed, table for 2, couch, & outdoor patio. It was plenty of room with closet, drawers & shelves for clothing etc. Rooms all also have double rain showers and a safe. Pool was beautiful with all day DJ music, activities and volleyball. Deepest point is probably 4.5’ The swim up bar had 2-3 bartenders at all times. Never waited for a drink. Tip - wear your flip flops to the pool entrance as the area gets super hot. Water temperature was perfect. Beach I walked and swam everyday. The sand has a lot of pebbles and very few shells, so bring water shoes. Entering the water is very smooth, not rocky at all. Hint - walk past the blue umbrella past the Hilton to get a great massage in nice cabanas while listening to the waves. It was heavenly. Beach bar is beautiful! Especially at sunrise or set. Food we ate at all restaurants (except additional fee steak house). Food was ok. We seemed to enjoy Sante (Mediterranean) & Tokimeku (Asian/sushi). I ordered room service 3 times. Always arrived less than 30 minutes & was hot. Nightlife I want to say “not much”. The Ginger bar nightly entertainment was very good but not wild & crazy. The disco is in the Asian restaurant after 11p. I didn’t stay long but there was a DJ & lights. There are only a couple of things that didn’t go perfectly smooth… Restaurants have trouble with large groups. We had to do 2 tables of 6 in order to individually order off the menu. When we were a table of 12 the meal was served family style and mostly the chief’s choice. Although when we would ask for a particular item they would bring one. But we always left very full. It would be great to have had a poolside grill. The lunch option is a great buffet but you have to be dry & dressed and sit down. Took us a few days to learn that you can order from a limited menu and they will bring it to your pool chair. The only reason for my 4 star vs 5 star was the food but that could have been because of our large group. We agreed we would return!”See more reviews

“My friend and I went for a week long girls trip, and I have zero complaints! We really enjoyed our time at Paradisus, and our experience was 100% made better by each and every staff member at this resort. Yes of course the views, accommodations, and experiences were great, but each staff member we encountered this week was lovely and truly just wanted to make our experience great. A couple special shout outs to our concierge Adalberto, he was very helpful in planning reservations and excursions for us, so that we could focus on relaxing. Pedro, a server at the Reserve pool was one of our favorite staff members we met. He was out working extremely hard each day of our entire 7 day vacation and as hot as it was, he always was very accommodating and had a smile on his face. We also decided to go for a massage, Deysi at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. A great experience was had with Roberto the bartender as well. The list could genuinely go on and on, each person working at this resort was amazing start to finish. It is certainly worth it to pay a little extra for the Reserve package, as we were provided our own personal concierge as mentioned above who helped with many tasks. A private pool area and restaurant is also included with this package, we found that the Reserve pool area was much cleaner and more relaxing than the general area. We also got a free tour of the town of Cabo San Lucas which was very fun. 10/10 recommend Paradisus to anyone in search of a nice, relaxing all inclusive in Cabo!”See more reviews
