ME Cabo – Adults Only

ME Cabo is a beautiful resort in a great location, and the overall aesthetic and vibe are definitely appealing. However, the experience didn’t fully match the expectations that come with the price. One thing I noticed is that the staff seems to cater more to beach club visitors than to actual hotel guests. At the beach, service could use improvement—waitstaff should be more attentive, like acknowledging guests when they sit down and offering drinks or food without having to flag someone down. Hospitality overall felt lacking. There wasn’t much of a warm welcome or consistent greeting from staff, which is something many people look forward to when traveling. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and that’s an area that needs work here. Housekeeping also missed a few details—used glasses weren’t replaced, there weren’t enough face towels for two guests, and robes weren’t refreshed. Small things, but they add up, especially at a resort like this. The concierge team was kind, but it often felt like answers were indirect—likely because they’re trying to steer guests toward hotel services. It’s also worth noting that while taxis are readily available, downtown is only about a 5–8 minute walk for those who prefer to explore locally. Overall, ME Cabo has a lot of potential and is visually stunning, but the customer service doesn’t quite match the price point. I’ve stayed at less expensive resorts with much better hospitality. With some improvements in service and attention to detail, this place could be top-tier.

ME Cabo goes above and beyond in their customer service, making you feel like absolute ROYALTY! Would like to give a special shoutout to Karla, Elizabeth, and Mariana - they were so timely in their responses, so helpful and friendly, and so willing to accommodate. Shoutout to management, customer service, marketing - every single department! It is so obvious they strive for excellence in their work. I know there are so many places to choose from when booking your stay - if you want to feel safe, welcomed, and experience WINNING VIEWS, pick this place!

El servicio del hotel es simplemente excepcional. Quiero destacar especialmente a Noel en recepción, siempre atento, y a Paulina en concierge, quien de verdad hizo la diferencia durante mi estancia. Siempre estuvo al pendiente, con excelentes recomendaciones y una disposición increíble para apoyar en todo. Además, cuidó cada detalle para que mi experiencia fuera realmente especial, superando por mucho mis expectativas. Se nota que le apasiona lo que hace y que genuinamente busca que cada huésped viva algo único. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo ampliamente.
