“I love my experience at the Melia. Everyone was exceptional with us, big smile, everytime a good word positif vibe. I do Zumba with Abril, she as the vibe and good move🎶. She is very kind ❤️❤️❤️Every day she took good care of me. Enrique was very nice to, he take time to talk with me few moments, an appreciate. Also I dance with him 😁😎🎶 I play Bingo with Noe et he was a very good entertainer, I have a good night. Joan to was nice and great with me, very polite. At the restaurant, my 2 favourites servers was Francisco and Jorge. Exceptionnel service. Always bib smiles and quick to fill up the wine or the coffee 😉😎 And Hanna was top top top, very good care for my husband and I. She arrange me a massage and I love it ❤️❤️❤️ She has a good attitude, calm. “The hotel is great. Rooms are a bit outdated, but kept clean. The food is incredible and the service is out of this world. With the Level service, you get your own concierge. My father in law has it with his room and the concierge is a major bonus and has been able to get him reservations for things on and off resort, and help with anything he needs. But we don't have the concierge and the staff will do anything they can to improve your stay. Either way, they're great. I would highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again.”See more reviews
