“We use Melia Hotels (The Level) regularly and the KL one hasn't disappointed. The Level lounge concierge, Titu, was friendly, polite and recommended Cameron Highlands when I enquired about it. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, our shower was amazing and all the little touches are lovely. The only negative I had was the noise of the traffic at night, as our room was at the front of the hotel, making it hard to stay asleep.”See more reviews

“Located centrally in KL and next to the monorail station. We had access to the Level which was hosted by Titu who was great and very attentive helping with anything we asked of him. Rooms were very clean and even the pull out bed was comfy! Would recommend.”See more reviews
