“Estancia muy agradable en el Meliá Kuala Lumpur. Las habitaciones son modernas, limpias y cuentan con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. El personal fue muy atento desde el momento de la llegada, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es muy completo, con buena variedad y calidad. Lo único la habitación si da cara a la calle principal, mucho ruido del tráfico, sobre todo las motos, a altas horas de la noche. En general, una experiencia muy positiva y un hotel totalmente recomendable para alojarse en Kuala Lumpur. (Translated by Google) A very pleasant stay at the Meliá Kuala Lumpur. “A genuinely warm stay at Melia KL, anchored by two staff members who clearly take pride in what they do. Khanh at the front desk was exceptional from the moment we arrived. She was personable, engaged, and made the whole check-in feel like a conversation rather than a transaction. When there was a delay for one of our rooms, she handled it with a sincere apology and calm reassurance. What stayed with me most was that she remembered it was my daughter's birthday and wished her, unprompted. A small gesture, but it meant a lot to us. Our room attendant Sazali deserves equal mention. He went out of his way to introduce himself in the corridor, asked genuinely how we were settling in, and checked if my family needed anything at all. The room was spotless every time we returned, fresh linen and everything topped up. On the room itself: comfortable and clean, but two things worth the hotel's attention. The TV resolution is quite poor for a property of this standard, and a smart TV with Netflix sign-in would be a welcome upgrade. The room also gets quite dim at night, and better ambient lighting would make a real difference. The warmth of the people here is Melia KL's strongest asset. Khanh and Sazali, thank you for making our stay feel genuinely cared for.”See more reviews
