“Dear Meliã Kuala Lumpur team🇲🇾, A special letter to all of you - Thank you for your hospitality🫶🏽 As a first time visiting Asia, the pre arrival between the level team and the client was smooth and very helpful much thanks to the level The Level team: - Amerul - Faizal, and - Titu you guys made the level experience worth it pre and during the stay. During our arrival and stay - from the warm welcoming smiles from the valets and security at the door to the warm smiles from all the receptionists who I can name a few Shan, Prema, Leini, Khann and Nabil always ready to assist whenever we need any assistance throught the stay. And my special thank to the Kitchen restaurant team from the chefs to the attendants while during the meal visits from the warm hospitality of Jessy while welcoming us for the breakfast and the wonderful service from Zul and Azlina. Without forgetting special thanks to the Lobby Ambassador Mr. Agilan and the very wonderful Faizi very outgoing gentlemen, I cannot say much but thank you very much for this hospitality.
