“Our stay at Meliá Kuala Lumpur from 5th May to 8th May was truly exceptional and one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had in Malaysia. What makes this hotel special is not only the facilities or the location, but the incredible people who work there. From the moment we arrived, every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued throughout our entire stay. We would especially like to thank Jeventle and Jaris from the bell team, Jeffrey the chef, Aaron from the lounge check-in, and Virginia Wang, the manager, for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Their warm hospitality made a real difference and turned our trip into a memorable experience. A very special appreciation also goes to the housekeeping and facilities teams. Our room was always perfectly prepared, fresh, spotless, and beautifully maintained every single day. The thoughtful details left in the room made us feel incredibly welcome and showed the high standards and care that this hotel provides to its guests. What impressed us most was the consistency of the service across the entire hotel. No matter where we went, there was always someone making sure guests were comfortable, happy, and well looked after. “Solid Hotel, As others already mentioned the rooms aren’t fully noise isolated so you can hear the loud cars and motorcycles on the street as they drive by, I was staying in the Level Room which was high up and had a nice view. The actual Level Lounge was a bit disappointing since they only served food and drinks between 5-7Pm and not the whole day. My room was properly cleaned everyday and the breakfast was good. Location is wonderful and the staff is very friendly.”
