Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Hotel Palacio de Isora. From the very first moment, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, making the experience truly unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with impeccable cleanliness and spectacular views that invite you to relax from the very first moment. The hotel facilities are incredible: beautifully maintained common areas, stunning gardens, and a spectacular pool where you can enjoy both a calm and lively atmosphere. The gastronomy has been another highlight of our stay. In particular, the Oasis restaurant was outstanding: top-quality food, beautifully crafted flavors, and excellent service that makes the whole experience complete. But without a doubt, what really makes the difference in this hotel is its team. We would especially like to highlight Erika, Bea, and Javi, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention made our stay simply perfect. You can tell when people truly enjoy their work and genuinely care about their guests, and they are a clear example of that. In summary, a place we will definitely return to and highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay such a special experience.

Great hotel, great food and very friendly staff!

Sehr enttäuschend – nie wieder! Wir sind wirklich extrem enttäuscht vom Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora. Früher waren wir begeistert, aber mittlerweile weiß hier die eine Hand absolut nicht mehr, was die andere macht. Wir sind langjährige Member von Meliá, aber das, was wir diesmal erlebt haben, war einfach nur schlecht. Am Pool sind die Liegen teilweise kaputt und oft ohne Auflagen. Die Badetücher sind zum Teil in einem katastrophalen Zustand – das passt überhaupt nicht zu einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Der VIP-Bereich ist ebenfalls eine Enttäuschung: Stehtische sind dreckig, wenn man sie verschiebt, hat man schwarze Hände. Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, alles wirkt ungepflegt und unorganisiert. Reservierungen funktionieren auch nicht: Wenn man am Helpdesk einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert, weiß das Restaurant später nichts davon. Absolutes Chaos. Insgesamt hat sich das Hotel leider sehr, sehr negativ verändert. Für das Geld, das man hier bezahlt, ist das einfach nicht akzeptabel. Wir haben über Ostern sogar unsere ganze Familie eingeladen – im Nachhinein wirklich ärgerlich. Wir können nur davon abraten. Langjährige Meliá-Fans, aber definitiv enttäuscht. Rosemarie

Had a short solo break here last week. Hotel room was spacious and had a great balcony. Hotel facilities were excellent, including the option to join activities. Every encounter with staff was with a warm smile and they were very helpful. Special mention for the Entre Cielos rooftop bar which is an amazing place for sunsets and also has an excellent cocktail list including local ingredients. Special mention to Aaron who is clearly passionate about the cocktails he serves and Emma for her warm welcome each day at the bar. Would definitely recommend and return.

En nuestras segundas vacaciones en este hotel, disfrutamos de una estancia fantástica. El hotel está muy bien comunicado y ofrece una amplia gama de comodidades. Manuele nos dio una bienvenida muy cálida, y la atención de Inma en recepción fue excepcional, siempre atenta y amable. Las habitaciones eran enormes y las vistas espectaculares. La comida en los restaurantes tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio, y el desayuno buffet ofrecía una gran variedad. También queremos destacar la amabilidad y atención de Beatriz, Carlos, Juafri y Moha durante toda nuestra estancia. En general, tuvimos una experiencia excelente y esperamos volver pronto.
