SOL Lanzarote All Inclusive

It was just perfect. We had such an amazing time at this hotel, and it’s hard to fault. Being pedantic, the food wasn’t always up to our particular tastes and flavours but at the same time they’re trying to cater to the everyone so I can’t complain - it’s all edible. There is a variety of entertainment options for all ages; children and adults, including slides, darts, water sports, yoga and spinning sessions. The hotel is located right next to the beach too, which is lovely. The views are also beautiful. Just a note; it’s €10 per towel that you have for the duration; this can also be changed daily for fresh towels. I’m not sure if it was just our room or not, but they don’t seem particularly safe from an internal perspective; there is no bolt for the door and the French doors are held secure by a rudimentary device. Massive shout out to Ibra in the restaurant for being such a smiling, friendly gentleman but also to Nathan as part of the entertainment team - keep smiling!

Its a lovely hotel, the rooms are really nice. However the floor never got cleaned for the 9 days we were here. So we had filthy floors full of sand. The food is really good. Lots of selection and different everyday. The desserts are unreal. Pools are nice, the middle one is heated however be prepared in the colder months it is still freezing. It was 24 degrees here but the all the pools were freezing. We couldnt go in until the afternoon. Location is perfect. Access to the beach on the doorstep. And close to the main town. The photographer is very weird. He thought we booked a photoshoot with him when we didnt. When he saw us and said we had a shoot booked, I said no we didnt and he was rude about it. Never glanced or smiled at us again the whole holiday. Overall a fantastic hotel, just the cleaning of the rooms need improving and maybe a new photographer 😂

Entertainment team are so lovely and put in so much effort. The photographer is also a lovely person who provides a brilliant service. The rooms are spacious and there's lots of storage but there was so much broken or damaged that it was actually quite unsafe for our son. The food is heavily fish/red meat based which will suit some. If you don't like those things then it's just spaghetti and chips. However there are amazing restaurants in both directions of the hotel that are very reasonably priced and served delicious food. The beach is lovely. Can't go wrong with the location. Bar stuff were wonderful. Rooms weren't cleaned how you'd expect for a 4 star hotel but we just cleaned ourselves anyway. We had a lovely holiday but it's not a 4 star hotel anymore and you pay a lot considering the rooms are damaged. Definitely happy with the entertainment team though, they improve the experience 👍

Location great - on the beach, nice pools, 15mins from airport. Food very good with plenty of choice, different styles of food, freshly cooked. Animation team for kids were excellent (especially Anna☺️). Looked after my daughter who has a range of neuro diversities really well. Adult music entertainment average and unavoidable as so loud.

Hemos estado alojados una semana en este hotel y ha sido toda una experiencia. El hotel está ubicado en un lugar cerca de todo y frente a una gran playa. La comida muy variada. Es un hotel familiar que siempre tiene animación. El personal es realmente amable. Comenzando por Carmen de recepción que nos indicó en todo momento qué visitar. Los camareros son muy agradables, siempre están para ayudarte, en especial la alegría de Benito y la disposición de María y Linda para hacerte cada día un día inolvidable. En el equipo de animación destacar a Pascu, a Ana que disfruta con los niños y es una gran animadora. Igualmente, Nerea, de relaciones ha hecho de nuestra estancia un momento especial, sobre todo para mi hijo Noah. Y no podemos olvidar a Carlos, el socorrista, que estuvo siempre atento a lo que necesitáramos. Gracias a todos, esperamos poder volver. It's a family-friendly hotel with constant entertainment. The staff is incredibly friendly, starting with Carmen at reception who gave us great tips on what to visit. The waiters are very pleasant and always ready to help, especially the cheerful Benito and the helpfulness of María and Linda, who made every day unforgettable. On the entertainment team, I'd like to highlight Pascu and Ana, who loves working with children and is a fantastic entertainer. Likewise, Nerea from the public relations team made our stay truly special, especially for my son Noah. And we can't forget Carlos, the lifeguard, who was always attentive to our needs.
