ME Ibiza

“Subject: A Special Thank You to the Outstanding Team at ME Ibiza Dear ME Ibiza Management Team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful team who made our stay at ME Ibiza truly special. We had an excellent experience, and what stood out most was the people. The kindness, professionalism, positive energy and genuine care shown by your staff made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay, including as a family travelling with a young child. I would especially like to recognise the following team members personally: * Trinni * Gardenia * Andrian * Matias * Zoraida * Mirella * Junior * Aaron Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality, your warm smiles, your attentiveness and the effort you put into making guests feel special. Every positive interaction contributed to making our holiday memorable. I would also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping lady responsible for our room. Her work and attention to keeping our room comfortable and welcoming were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I do not have her name, so I would be grateful if the management team could identify her and ensure that she receives this recognition as well. Please share my appreciation with every person mentioned above. I believe that exceptional employees deserve to be recognised, and these individuals made a genuine difference to our experience. ME Ibiza is a beautiful hotel, but it is the people who truly bring it to life. Your team is a credit to the hotel and to the Meliá brand. We leave with wonderful memories and sincere gratitude for everyone who took such good care of us. I hope the management will pass on our thanks personally and recognise these team members for their excellent work. Thank you once again for such a fantastic stay. We would be delighted to return. Warm regards, Maxim Antonov”

“Hervorragendes Hotel!

“We've just finished a wonderful week at ME Ibiza, and this is honestly one of the best hotel experiences we've had. Meliá needed to change our original booking shortly before our stay, but General Manager Matías personally took charge and, together with Reservations Manager Marta, ensured we were fully cared for. We like to fully understand how things work before we arrive, so we know what to expect and don't accidentally cause any issues for the team, and Marta patiently answered every question we had, both before arrival and throughout our stay, nothing was ever a problem. The whole team made this stay special. Carla quietly wished me a happy birthday and arranged a lovely treat delivered to the room, a small gesture that made a big difference. Our drivers, housekeeping, the rooftop team, and the evening bar staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, every single interaction felt genuine rather than scripted. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was spacious, with a gorgeous sea view over the bay. The adults-only rooftop was a real highlight, with Balinese sunbeds, an infinity pool, and a generous shaded area where you can still enjoy the views without spending the whole day in direct sun. The daytime DJ sessions added energy without ever disturbing our evenings or sleep. S'Argamassa itself is a stunning setting, right on the water, peaceful, and a short drive from Santa Eulalia. Breakfast was another highlight, running until 11am and consistently well stocked throughout service. Being able to order special eggs, toasts, pancakes and hot drinks via waiter service, at no extra charge, was a genuinely luxurious extra that added real quality to our stay. For the more adventurous, there's also a beautiful, mostly flat coastal walk into town, with stunning sea views, several beaches, and beachside bars and restaurants along the way. It's around 1 hour 20 minutes at a steady pace, and completely worth it, though it won't suit every fitness level, and we'd recommend arranging transport back rather than assuming you'll want to walk both ways. In the other direction, there are beach bars with amazing views just a 10 minute walk away, a Hippy Market around 15 minutes, and Es Canar within 30 minutes, all comfortably walkable both ways. We left feeling genuinely well cared for, by the whole team, from management to every colleague. A fantastic stay, highly recommended, and we'd love to return one day. Five stars, without hesitation.”
