Paradisus Los Cabos - Adults Only

We stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos for 8 days from Nov 16-23, 2024 and it was great! Beautiful resort, it’s well maintained and very clean. The staff was really wonderful! Nidia at the Nespresso cafe was so lovely and she prepared my complicated tea order perfectly every day! Amazing service! At the beach, Carlos the beach concierge was super helpful and friendly. Guadalupe was excellent, so friendly and personable and she always remembered my drink order. Fernando was really good too! Our general concierge Carlos was also really good, he made our restaurant reservations for us and answered all our questions. Overall I’m very happy with our experience and would definitely return.

Our stay was amazing ! The service was incredible. The beach was amazing and not overcrowded. The rooms were great. I will definitely be returning.

We just got back from a week here and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a reserve swim up which was really comfortable. We stayed in a regular swim up, non ocean view and I think it was a great choice. We are at all the restaurants and Sante was our favorite for both breakfast and dinner. The Italian place was pretty good, too. We also really enjoyed the room service. All in all, I think staying in the reserve area was a big plus. Luis was our concierge and he was great. Great communication and always making sure we had what we needed. Was a highlight of our stay. The ice cream shop and Nespresso bar were fun and the food truck at the pool was handy. I liked the shrimp tacos. The pool servers were so nice and were always around to grab drinks. The pool was nice but soooo cold. While it is hot outside, they keep it chilly. Our swim up was also cold but they heated it up a bit the last day we were there. We didn't book excursions from the hotel but they had that option. We did grab Uber's from the hotel to visit the area. San Jose is super close. I highly recommend the art walk on Thursdays (plus, some really lovely restaurants). Very comfortable and beautiful hotel filled with great people.

We stayed a week for the all inclusive. Best thing at this place is the warm swimming area on the beach and by far the server named Guadeloupe (Lupita) on the beach. She really raised this review from 4 star to 5. We would come back just for her happy daily service bringing us drinks and food on the beach. The one day that she wasn’t there, we were bummed. Seriously! Really all the servers were pretty amazing. Especially all the women servers were so so much better than the guys. We ended up tipping them 3 times as much. The food was good but would be very very hard to keep eating the same things for more than a week. They don’t really have anything new for daily specials AT ALL. Rooms were comfortable and more like 4 stars and not 5. Same goes for the facility. Beach umbrellas are a bit old and torn and sometimes you have to look all over on the sand for missing pins. All is all, we would come back mostly for the great happy servers. Note, if you like quiet, this is not the place as they have live music daily until sometime almost 11 and loud music playing at the pool daily. Also, no restaurants near by. Easy to take Uber into town for about $15-20 US dollars though or bus for $2.

I simply had the best time at this resort. I stayed for 10 days and came here alone. The room and the location itself is very beautiful and nicely located. The hotel also offers nice activities and different kind of food. It has a great beach where you can swim in the ocean. What stood out to me was the hotel staff. They were all super kind and friendly. Especially Carlos made me feel very welcomed and took care of everything to make my day at the beach perfect. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Thank you for making my vacation picture perfect - I enjoyed every second of being here.
