Hotel Mistral St. Julian's

Everything super good, except that some things could be bigger, like the bar, the pool and specially some rooms. Noisy sometimes, both from the street and from some room appliances

Wow, what a great experience! SERVICE The staff were next level amazing - always helpful, attentive, ready to offer advice on places to go and generally super nice and ready to welcome us back after a day out with a smile and joke. We even had a small interaction with the cleaning lady one day as we were leaving and she also greeted us with a friendly smile and ready to take our request. PS. Shoutout to the front desk staff member who assisted us most days. I could not have asked for a nicer person to assist. I can’t recall his name now but it started with a “G” and I know he is from Albania. He made us feel so welcomed and made great recommendations for food and trips! TECHNOLOGY I appreciated that they had electronic room key cards which makes it easier to slip into a phone or bag when out for the day. LOCATION The hotel’s location is just as good - there is a grocery store just on the corner, many restaurants and bars just down the road to choose from and then if you wanted to try the night life you walk 2/3 blocks up and you find all the clubs. The convenience of having all of this within a 5-min walk or less, and still not have any of the noise in room was really great. ROOMS The rooms were incredibly clean and tidy as well. They offer a daily cleaning service which we made use of and the place felt clean and tidy after each visit. We had a little balcony which was nice to sit outside in the evenings. ROOFTOP POOL We also made use of the rooftop pool which provided towels and a bar. The drink prices were affordable (+-5€) and the barman really nice as well. The pool and outside area was clean. RECOMMENDATION Overall the hotel really elevated our stay! It felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel with how good the service was and the quality of the rooms. I would not only recommend them, but definitely go back when I am again in Malta.

Just left after the most wonderful 4 night stay. The staff are so so kind and can't do enough for you, especially at the front desk. The rooms are lovely, the pool/bar are great and the location is amazing! We loved our stay so much and will definitely be returning. ☺️

Super hôtel, avec un très bon service et un acceuil chaleureux. A notre arrivée à presque 23h nous avions été acceuilli par Alma. Le personnel de l’hôtel sont très sympathique, s’assurant que vous ayez ce dont vous avez besoin. Les chambres sont nickels, et ils assurent le service de nettoyage tous les jours ou selon votre demande. Nous avions pris l’option petit dejeuner et il y avait une bonne variété de tout ce que vous souhaiter manger (fruit toast bacon bean des oeufs etcs). Situé au coeur de St Julian, vous serez à proximité de tout - resto, boutiques, glacier et bar, transport publiques. L’hôtel détient aussi un bar et une piscine au rooftop mais la vue je l’avoue n’est pas génial. Bref je recommande cette hôtel. Cependant je leur donne un 4 parce qu’on peut toujours s’améliorer. ;) (Sachant qu’il y avait des travaux sur le balcon et certains bruit durant le séjour qui j’avoue étaient dérangeant)
