We had a great time at the hotel, especially because of Abigail, who took amazing care of us. She is very caring and provides excellent proactive service. She upgraded us to the presidential suite, which was a wonderful idea, and we really enjoyed it. Abigail is professional at performing proactive service. Along with Americo, the bellman, who is also very caring and provides great proactive service. We were lucky to have Emanuel, the driver, who performed his best job and took excellent care of us. Highly recommend him. Hugo at the restaurant has a beautiful personality and perfectly performed his care for us. Estabaan at the lounge is very caring and proactive. Elizabeth, the masseuse, gives wonderful and professional massages. Liliana at the lounge is very caring. All the people above love their jobs, and it is noticeable. They have great personalities and attitudes. All of them are professionals at proactive service and deserve the best. And the location by the way is the best for waterfalls and everything. Thank you to all of you and the hotel. We will definitely come back again🥰
