I have been in Alicante before and for the rate of this hotel I expected more . The food was very good and the staff service was ok. But the rooms are quite small and I don’t like the bed , it’s not king or queen size , they set 2 small beds together that are splitting apart all the time . However, the location is ideal , pool and gym are great . I loved the fact that you can open the doors with a brazalete and very clean in all the common spaces

One surprising detail: getting from reception to my room felt like walking through over a mile of corridors, so make sure your key works before heading up. We had requested a king bed, but the “king” turned out to be two beds pushed together, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel is decent, but it definitely needs an update to match expectations.
