“Điều làm mình hài lòng nhất khi chọn Melia Vinpearl Thanh Hóa chính là thái độ phục vụ tận tâm của đội ngũ nhân viên. Ngay từ khi bước vào sảnh, mình đã nhận được sự đón tiếp nồng hậu và quy trình check-in rất nhanh chóng. Chất lượng phục vụ: Nhân viên luôn niềm nở, chủ động hỗ trợ khách hàng. Đặc biệt là dịch vụ tại nhà hàng và hồ bơi rất chuyên nghiệp, tạo cảm giác thoải mái như đang ở nhà. Tiện ích: Buffet sáng đa dạng, món ăn được chế biến chỉn chu và hợp khẩu vị. “Mình vừa có chuyến lưu trú ngắn ngày tại Melia Vinpearl Thanh Hóa và thực sự ấn tượng với chất lượng phòng ở đây. Phòng mình ở tầng cao, view bao trọn toàn cảnh thành phố cực kỳ lung linh về đêm. Về phòng nghỉ: Không gian thiết kế hiện đại, sang trọng và rất sạch sẽ. Giường ngủ êm ái, cách âm tốt nên mình có những giấc ngủ rất sâu. Về dịch vụ: Các bạn nhân viên buồng phòng rất tinh tế, luôn sắp xếp đồ đạc gọn gàng và bổ sung nước uống, trà cafe đầy đủ mỗi ngày. Một địa điểm rất đáng tiền cho những ai muốn tìm kiếm sự tiện nghi và thư giãn khi đến với xứ Thanh.”See more reviews
