“A Staff Member Whose Warm Kindness I Will Remember / 따뜻한 미소로 기억에 남은 직원분께 감사드립니다 I first met a restaurant staff member when I ordered afternoon tea. The next day, we ran into each other at the breakfast restaurant, and she greeted me warmly again. On my last day before heading to the airport, we happened to meet once more in the hotel lobby, and she greeted me with the same bright smile. What I remember most is when I was leaving in a taxi for the airport—she stood at the hotel entrance and waved goodbye as I departed. I don’t know her name, but her genuine kindness made this trip even more special. Thank you. 애프터눈티를 주문하면서 처음 뵌 레스토랑 직원분이 있습니다. 다음 날 조식 레스토랑에서 마주쳤을 때도 반갑게 인사해 주었고, 마지막 날 공항 출발 전에 호텔 로비에서도 우연히 다시 만났는데 그 때도 환하게 인사해 주었습니다. 특히 공항으로 가는 택시를 타고 출발할 때 호텔 앞에서 손을 흔들며 배웅해 준 모습이 오래 기억에 남습니다. 이름은 모르지만, 그녀의 진심 어린 친절 덕분에 이번 여행이 더욱 특별해졌습니다. 감사합니다.”See more reviews

“Добрый день. Проводим наш отпуск впервые в данном отеле. Все просто великолепно! У нас семейный номер,он состоит из трех комнат и двух ванн и это просто восторг,так как никто никому не мешает,все настолько продумано и организовано,что мы проживанием полностью довольны.
