“Booked this hotel specifically for the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2026 on 30 May 2026. Very unpleasant because I paid additional for the panoramic rooms via Melia direct website. It was also NOT stated that the panoramic rooms are NOT a guaranteed fireworks view. A sneaky email was sent to ask that I pay extra again. The email was not well written and overall communications was very frustrating. Anyway, I paid. And since I was here specifically for DIFF, it was worth it. Room size was big, breakfast was as impersonal as it was OK with food running out on the super super peak morning. Location wise was just next to Vincom Plaza which made my life easier with my kid and elderly parents. Pools were big incl 1 outdoor and 1 indoor options, gym was adequate and spacious. I am satisfied with my stay and I am glad for the view it offered. I paid for an upgraded family room with kid bunk beds and the fireworks view at 3508.”See more reviews

“한국인입니다. 단체여행으로 방문했습니다 M층에서 먹을수있는 조식은 6:00나 6:30부터라고 안내받았습니다. 맛있었습니다. 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 달라집니다. 비워지면 금방 채워주고 접시도 금방금방 치워줘요. (용과,수박,구운토마토,쌀국수,소시지,오믈렛👍) 객실은 에어컨 빵빵하게 틀수있고 요청하면 어메니티나 수건도 더 줍니다. 룸청소도 잘해주구요. 인덕션은 있지만 조리도구는 따로 없고 커피포트는 쓸 컨디션은 아닙니다. 화장실도 이상한냄새 안나고 쾌적했어요. 샴푸 컨디셔너 샤워젤 정도만 있으니 개인적으로 더 챙겨오면 좋을것같습니다. 옥의 티가 있다면 냉장고가 차갑지 않아서 냉기 유지 정도만 된다는 거 하나 있어요. 루프탑에 바가 있는데 듣기로는 2시까지 이용이 된다고 합니다. 트래블월렛 카드도 되구요. 깔끔하고 쾌적하고 통창이라 뷰가 좋아요. 생맥이 맛있다고 해서 먹었는데 맛있었습니다. 새우칩 기본 안주 있구요. 수영장도 좋다고 하던데 안갔습니다 로비에 스타벅스가 있어서 커피를 사먹을 수 있지만 자동머신으로 내리는 커피라 가격대비 추천하지 않습니다.. 메뉴도 한정적이구요. 아침 아아가 정필요하면 드셔도 좋지만 바로 옆 빈컴플라자 안에 있는 스타벅스나 하이랜드 커피를 이용하던, 그랩이나 배달k로 배달 시키는 것도 빠르고 좋아요. 한시장이나 가게에서 물건 배달시킨건 로비 좌측 카운터에서 찾을수있구요 , 음식배달은 로비나 로비밖에서 직접픽업해야합니다 룸카드가없으면 엘리베이터를 못타는 시스템이라 뭐시켜먹으려면 1층에가서 받아오거나 맡겨둔것을 픽업해야해요. 위치가 좋아서 한시장이나 롯데마트도 택시이용하면 빠르게 갈 수 있고, 트래블월렛 환전도 빈컴플라자에서 수수료없이 할수있어서 좋았습니다 나중에 자유여행으로 와도 또 방문하고싶어요”See more reviews
