“5월 1일부터 6일까지 6일동안 머물면서 조식도 맛있게 이용하고 수영장도 깨끗해서 좋았고 헬스장도 시설이 너무 좋아서 잘 사용했습니다 그렇지만 최고의 순간은 내가 호텔 방 금고에 머리가 다쳐서 피가 많이 났는데 호텔 프런트에서 근무중인 "클로이 "님께서 다친부분에 약도 치료해주고 간호사에게 연락해서 나의 다친 상태를 물어보고 하면서 고객을 응대하는 모습에 너무나 감동을 받았네요 간호사 판단은 병원에 가서 꼬매야 한다고 해서 "클로이"님께서 병원에 함께갔고 치료받고 있는 동안에도 항상 옆에서 위로해주었네요 너무나 감사한 마음에 감동 받았네요 빈펄 호텔도 좋지만 역시 고객을 직접 상대하는 "클로이"님 같은 호텔 직원의 친절함이 최고인 호텔이었네요 다낭의 최고 호텔은 '빈펄'입니다 ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡”See more reviews
