“Siempre que voy a Puerto de la Cruz me alojo en este hotel. La verdad que añadir The Level ha sido un acierto. La Junior Suite está equipada muy bien, amenities y bar también. “Hemos estado en una habitación con vistas al mar en la planta 10. Muy recomendado el The level, por el servicio que se recibe, que incluye una recepción propia, algunos amenities en la habitación y el lounge para el desayuno con servicio en mesa y buffet, y abierto durante el día para poder beber algo y tomar algún aperitivo, frutas o dulces. Ubicación del hotel frente al mar, puedes dormir oyendo las olas y fácil para salir a dar un paseo. El spa está en la parte alta del hotel con vistas al mar y al Teide, si no está nublado. Todo el personal ha sido muy agradable, mención especial a Irene con quien hicimos el check-in y Sara en El check-out, aunque también las camareras de Lounge The level. Me encantan los productos de Rituals en El baño de la habitación y en el de las zonas comunes. Piscina climatizada, muy agradable y hay bastantes tumbonas, con el servicio de toallas.
