“Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e nel complesso mi sono trovato molto bene. Le stanze sono spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, mentre la hall si presenta elegante e curata, trasmettendo un’ottima prima impressione. Anche la colazione è risultata abbondante e varia, con una buona scelta di prodotti. Tuttavia, ritengo che manchino alcuni servizi basilari che ci si aspetta da una struttura a 4 stelle. In particolare, sarebbe opportuno fornire quotidianamente acqua in camera, oltre a mettere a disposizione ciabatte e prodotti beauty e da bagno più completi. Sono dettagli che contribuirebbero a rendere l’esperienza ancora più all’altezza della categoria dell’hotel. ⸻ English I stayed at this hotel and overall I had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, while the lobby is elegant and well maintained, creating an excellent first impression. The breakfast was also plentiful and varied, with a good selection of products. However, I believe that some basic services expected from a 4-star hotel are missing. In particular, it would be appropriate to provide complimentary water in the room on a daily basis, as well as slippers and more complete beauty and bathroom amenities. These are small details that would make the overall experience even more in line with the hotel’s category. ⸻ Español Me alojé en este hotel y, en general, tuve una experiencia muy positiva. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y están decoradas con mucho gusto, mientras que el vestíbulo es elegante y bien cuidado, ofreciendo una excelente primera impresión. “A nice hotel only a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, as we were upgraded to a room on the 15th floor with magnificent views over the Sea and the mountains. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. Overall a really nice hotel and would highly recommend a stay there if looking for a nice quiet hotel in Tenerife.”See more reviews

“The rooms have been recently refurbished, and they are spacious and clean. The entertainment team works hard to keep kids happy with activities at the mini disco and kids club. Great job guys! The swimming area is clean and has a nice sized toddler pool with a slide. The Flamenco shows, acrobats, and singers are great additions at the lobby or outside when the weather is good. The half board meal plan is a good choice. Some days the food is better suited to my taste and other days less so, but everyone can find something they like. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it for families.”See more reviews
