“Recientemente tuvimos la oportunidad de alojarnos en su hotel y, en general, la experiencia fue realmente excelente. Las instalaciones, el servicio y el ambiente superaron nuestras expectativas, por lo que queremos destacar el gran trabajo del equipo en ese sentido. No obstante, nos gustaría trasladar una observación respecto al momento del check-out. La atención recibida por parte del recepcionista no estuvo a la altura del resto de la experiencia. El trato fue algo descortés y poco amable, lo que contrastó con la cordialidad que habíamos percibido durante el resto de la estancia. Entendemos que pueden existir momentos de mayor carga de trabajo, pero consideramos que la atención al cliente debe mantenerse siempre en un nivel adecuado, especialmente en un punto tan importante como la despedida del huésped. Confiamos en que este comentario sea tomado como una oportunidad de mejora, ya que, como indicamos, nuestra valoración general del hotel es muy positiva. Previo al evento, el trato tan amable y profesional de Yeiza fue fantástico, teniendo en cuenta cada uno de los detalles para ese día. Roberto estuvo muy atento de que no faltara absolutamente nada. “He pasado unos días maravillosos. Nosotros elegimos la media pensión, la comida es por temática, es variada y de sabor esta rico en su mayoría, la habitación nos gustó, no escuchamos ruidos así que descansamos bien.
