“El hotel de forma general para nosotros ha sido un 4,5/5. Y la pega es la habitación, los colchones son de muelles y algo incómodos.. el baño y los muebles de la habitación en general están un poco antiguos. Las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas ya que se escucha el resto de habitaciones y movimiento en el pasillo. Lo positivo: TODO EL RESTO. El buffet es increíble. La calidad de la comida, la variedad, la rapidez de reposición cuando algo se termina, el personal muy atento y servicial. Las camareras muy top, revisando las mesas por si habia vacío algún plato, estaban pendientes de retirarlos y que no ocuparán sitio en la mesa. Las instalaciones están muy bien también. Por último pero no menos importante. Para mí gusto personal, al haber ido con mis hijas, la de mayor edad pudo disfrutar de los monitores, y qué maravilla de chic@s, nosotros coincidimos con Teresa, Cristian, Iker, Rocío y Edu. Son super divertidos y cariñosos tanto con mayores como con pequeños. Todo un acierto. (Translated by Google) Overall, we gave the hotel a 4.5/5. The quality of the food, the variety, the speed with which they replenish items when they run out, and the very attentive and helpful staff. The waitresses were top-notch, checking the tables for empty plates and making sure they didn't take up space. The facilities are also very good. Last but not least, since we went with my daughters, my eldest was able to enjoy the activity leaders, and what wonderful kids! We met Teresa, Cristian, Iker, Rocío, and Edu. “There were many many positives. The hotel and pool areas are very clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is the best I've tasted in a hotel environment. The proximity to the beach and shops/eateries couldn't be better. Staying in the room I did i found unfortunately the quality of the rooms furnishings were below standard. I found the bathroom door has damage on the bottom corner. There were rust marks on quite a few floor tiles. The main room light did not work. The curtains are incredibly thin and let light in at all times (including lamp light and and visible lighting from other balconies) which interfered with my sleep along with noise coming from arriving and leaving guests very early in the morning. Upon asking to be moved to a different room I was quoted as having to pay an extra €63 for two nights which I find unacceptable.”See more reviews
