“Room excellent. Great air con. Buffet best I've ever had! Honestly couldn't fault it. Really happy overall. However, night time entertainment for kids is awful. We went to bed early every night. Arcade games were old, broken and terrible value for money. The shuttle bus to the beach club / water park didn't arrive, I asked in reception where is was, I was told to wait longer. After an hour I asked again but was told it was not coming. Over an hour in the heat outside. The pool has floating plasters, tissues and grime.”
