“Comfy quiet rooms, amazing service from friendly helpfully staff. Perfect location for metro and tram but also not too far to walk to centre. Far enough away not to be in the middle of it all. “Viajamos con frecuencia a Barcelona y este hotel se ha convertido en nuestro alojamiento de referencia. El trato en general es excelente, el restaurante es muy bueno y el personal destaca por su cordialidad. Como aspecto negativo, en una de las habitaciones donde se alojaban mis padres había un mal olor. Afortunadamente, el problema fue atendido con rapidez y les cambiaron de habitación de inmediato, lo cual valoramos positivamente. También tuvimos una mala experiencia con uno de los recepcionistas, Ehsan cuyo trato fue poco respetuoso y nada acorde con un hotel de 5 estrellas. La situación, sin embargo, fue resuelta rápidamente por otro miembro del equipo de recepción, lo cual agradecemos. A pesar de estos incidentes puntuales, sin duda volveremos.”See more reviews
