“Un hotel con muy buenas vistas, lo que no es para una persona con discapacidad los aseos tienen que estar en la planta baja, y los que están en el 1 piso no son accesibles para una persona con silla de ruedas. “Die Lage ist wirklich super und auch der Meerblick von den Zimmern ist super. Leider ist das das einzig positive. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr minimalistisch , wenig Auswahl und schlechte Qualität. Am meisten stören mich die Einweg Papier Trinkbecher für den Kaffee, eine total sinnfreie Umweltbelastung. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt aber sauber. Vor allem die Hellhörigkeit war für uns ein Problem. Hier wäre es wirklich an der Zeit nachzubessern wie melia es bereits in den anderen 2 Hotels in Alicante begonnen hat. Das Bett war allerdings super , groß und bequem. Für den Preis würden wir es wahrscheinlich nicht wieder buchen, dann lieber ein einmaliges Abendessen oder Drink im 26. Stock.”See more reviews

“I spent three nights at the Alicante Gran Sol. My first night was in a room on the third floor, which was very small and had no view—it didn’t feel like a four-star hotel experience. We decided to upgrade to a room on the 13th floor, which made a huge difference. The room was much larger, more comfortable, and had fantastic views. The breakfast was quite basic and average. For a four-star hotel, I would have expected fresh bread for example and more options. Dinner was also underwhelming, with limited options—just one meat dish, one fish dish, and one vegetarian option. The frozen vegetables were disappointing, and overall the dining experience felt more like a canteen than a quality four-star offering. I wouldn’t recommend booking with dinner included. However, I do suggest choosing a room with a sea view, as it significantly improves the overall stay.”See more reviews
