Es verdad que parte con la ventaja de estar completamente nuevo, pero el nivel del hotel va mucho más allá de las instalaciones: Atención impecable: El servicio es excelente en todos los aspectos. Tuvieron unos detalles fenomenales por mi cumpleaños y por mi membresía. El personal es amabilísimo y muy efectivo a la hora de solucionar cualquier problema. Gastronomía de 10: La comida del room service es muy buena, y los desayunos son, directamente, excepcionales. Un Spa de maravilla: Mención especial para las instalaciones del Spa y, sobre todo, para el excelente trato y amabilidad de la empleada que me atendió. “I stayed at the ME Lisbon with my husband for 4 nights recently to celebrate my 50th birthday and had an absolutely incredible stay. Every single member of staff we interacted with was helpful, polite and so friendly. The bar and restaurant areas are beautifully decorated the service and quality of food was outstanding. I was delighted with our room too, the little special touches left by the housekeeping staff were lovely and made the stay that little bit more special. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the harbour, we enjoyed walking in to the heart of the city, a taxi back to the hotel was only around 6-8 euro. All in all, this was a fantastic stay and I'd highly recommend the hotel.”See more reviews
