“We had a wonderful time on Whale Lagoon Island. It is an absolute paradise. The island is not too big so we could walk everywhere easily. The food was delicious and the whole staff was always really helpful. For the breakfast buffet it would be nice to have more fresh fruit and less pastry. In a country where so much different fruit grows, it’s a pity when only watermelon, honey melon and pineapple and sometimes papayas is offered for breakfast. The dive center is excellent! A special thank you to Maiz and Jai, our dive masters. They took us to some wonderful dive sites and helped us feel comfortable under water after not diving for a long time. Also Marti gave us an interesting tour of the local neighbour island. The prices for diving are quite high, but probably they’re the same on all the islands. All in all, we had an amazing holiday and hope to return again someday”
