“We stayed at Zel Punta Cana for a wedding holiday, and it truly exceeded all our expectations, it was everything we wished for and more. The property is absolutely beautiful and creates such a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. We never had to deal with the usual hassle of reserving chairs, as there were always plenty available at both the beach and the pool. The food was consistently good, and there were plenty of activities (from sports to crafts), along with great entertainment throughout our stay - there was always something to enjoy. The beach buggy drivers were incredibly friendly and even played music for us upon request, which added a really fun and personal touch. We’d especially like to thank Eddy, who was involved in our wedding, what a great guy! And of course, a huge thank you to Alejandra Vasquez, our event organiser, who went above and beyond to bring our dream wedding to life (and then some!). Her dedication and effort truly made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience highly recommend! ✨”See more reviews

“Zel Punta Cana is great. Service is amazing and very attentive. The hotel rooms are very spacious. The food has all been amazing. Definitely need to give yourself Enough time to check out each restaurant. There’s service on the beach with servers who bring you any drink you want! Ricardo at the beach is very attentive and very friendly. Jose is great too, helped us with our bags! Everyone has been super helpful and nice.
