A truly wonderful hotel, it was even nicer than I expected, and given the price it is an incredible value. Service is the most important to us, and it was warm, welcoming, and as helpful as possible. We ran into a problem when our flight got changed without our knowledge to hours earlier than originally scheduled. As a result we’d missed our flight and when we came back to the hotel from the airport they were apologetic even though they had nothing to do with the problem. They offered to not just hold our bags for us but even said we could go back to our room for the evening to take a nap, or feel free to use any of the facilities, even the pool, even though we were past our check out time. I really appreciated that. I couldn’t believe how nice the lobby and room were when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was fantastic…and hue. If you’re hesitant to stay here, don’t be. It’s better than advertised.

We were here on our honeymoon and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Staff in the Level lounge is a clear standout but all the staff was just perfect
