Meliá White House

Everything was great! Room was clean and tidy. Beds were also fine and the breakfast was delicious and extensive. If we go to London again we will definitely come back here.

I regularly travel to London for work, and this was the first time I had stayed at the Melia as my usual hotel was full. I stayed for one night in a deluxe double room, with breakfast included. I slept well, and the breakfast was great. Although I didn't use it, there was a concierge in reception, and this is clearly a very popular hotel as it was milling with guests and tourists in the morning. This is a recently refurbished hotel, and has budget friendly rooms, and high end suites, but it is important to note that the budget friendly rooms have high end finishing touches giving a luxury feel. The front desk clerk Irene was very helpful and friendly, giving me detailed instructions and information.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce fabuleux hôtel, très bien placé, vous êtes à 3 minutes du métro, 20 min à pieds du centre de Londres avec les magasins, 30 min a pied de Buckingham Palace... Le personnel est très gentil et souriant, le petit déjeuner est correct et beaucoup de choix en sucré et salé. Les chambres sont très belles et spacieuses. Petits points négatif pour le bruit le matin et le soir dans les couloirs on entend tout de la chambre, aucun personnel ne parle français c'est dommage. Je recommande vivement cet hotel !

I loved our room but most of all the service from the Hotel's restaurant. Their staff is warm, personable and customer centric.

Hemos estado 4 días en Londres alojados en este hotel. Habitación espaciosa y cama muy cómoda, aunque no esté perfectamente insonorizada. Tuvimos un problema que fue solucionado enseguida gracias a la atención y amabilidad de Mina(Guillermina)! Si tenemos que hacer una sugerencia: - que se amortigüe mejor el sistema de cierre de las puertas de las habitaciones - que varíen un poco el desayuno
