We had an excellent stay here and would absolutely return. One of the standout touches was how genuinely pet friendly the hotel is. They provided a dog bed, bowls, a toy and treats all in a really nice sustainable bag, which we loved. It felt thoughtful rather than just a basic pet policy. The free shuttle to and from Terminal 4 was also a big plus. It is a comfortable, air conditioned van with plenty of space, which made airport transfers really easy. The only small improvement would be making it run a bit more frequently. The hotel itself is modern, clean and very well designed. The room was comfortable with a great bed, and we really appreciated the free minibar. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and the restaurant downstairs was great for dinner. The rooftop was another highlight with amazing views and a really nice atmosphere. We also used the gym which was excellent, especially the spin studio. The pool was closed during our stay but it looked like it would be a great addition when open. Location wise, it is ideal if you want to be close to Madrid airport, and there are also some great restaurants in the surrounding area. One tip would be to use the self check in if you can, as the queues at reception can get quite long. Overall a really comfortable and easy stay with some great added touches that make a difference.

Un hotel muy cómodo cerca del aeropuerto de Madrid. Si estás de tránsito o realizas business trips de corta estancia este hotel puede ser una buena elección. Está al lado del aeropuerto y la zona es tranquila. Viaje con un gato y destaco la amabilidad del personal, tanto en recepción, como el equipo de limpieza y del restaurante, y la facilidad en cuanto al material que me proporcionaron para el animal aunque tiene un precio adicional de 40 euros la noche.

Nos hospedamos la noche del sábado 28 de marzo. Llegamos casi a media noche. La persona que nos hizo el check in fue un chico con muy mala actitud. Cero personalidad. La habitación muy buena y amplia. Ubicación perfecta. Teníamos vuelo al día siguiente muy temprano y tomamos el bus que tiene el hotel. 10 minutos desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto.
