“My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time. We sincerely appreciate the staff at the reception for their quick and attentive support with a minor issue in our room. Begoña provided exceptional customer service and genuine support. Esperanza, even during her training, demonstrated professionalism and a charismatic personality that left a lasting impression.
