Muy descontento con el personal del check - in, solicite upgrade ya que soy cliente Platinum y no se me hizo, ellos alegaron que no había disponibilidad cuando ni si quiera miraron las habitaciones y yo en la app de Melia estaba viendo que si había disponibilidad, por no decir que en el aseo no tienes ni cepillo de dientes o crema de manos. Precio 5 estrellas pero en algunos servicios es de 3 - 4 estrellas.

Quando vado a barcellona e ci vado molto spesso soggiorno sempre in questo hotel bellissimo. La sua posizione è fantastica in piano centro della citta,l’hotel ha camere bellissime e grandi. Voglio far presente che tutte le volte che vado in questo hotel la signorina EMMA del guest ecperience vip service è un ounto di forza per tutta la struttura perche è molto professionale,educata,gentile,e sempre disponibile e soprattutto sa tutto (e parlo di me) delle richieste che faccio sempre in hotel e puntualmente non devo mai richiedere niente perche tutti i miei confort al mio arrivo sono gia stati indicati. Grazie davvero emma!! Inoltre Ci sono dei ristoranti buonissimi. A presto
