فندق INNSiDE Barcelona Apolo (إنسايد برشلونة أبولو)

Schönes modernes Hotel mit super Ambiente. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Betten waren etwas hart. Zimmer an sich sehr modern und schlicht aber funktional eingerichtet. Leider etwas laut aus dem Flur durch die Zimmertür. Dies wurde aber nach der zweiten Nacht mit einem Upgrade beglichen, das neue Zimmer war sehr leise. Leider scheint der Fußboden in allen Zimmern schlecht verlegt, daher lösen sich die einzelnen Laminatplatten und es sind große Fugen zu sehen. Barfuß laufen nur wenn man auf die Fugen achtet, sonst kann es schmerzhaft werden.

Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable en INNSiDE Barcelona Apolo y solo podemos dar las gracias por la hospitalidad recibida. Destacaría especialmente la limpieza, impecable en todo momento, y la atención en recepción, siempre atentos y resolutivos. El trato del personal es sencillamente inmejorable. Mención especial para Irene, cuya profesionalidad y cercanía marcan la diferencia, sin desmerecer en absoluto al resto del equipo con el que tuvimos el placer de tratar. En conjunto, una experiencia muy positiva que refleja el nivel de calidad del grupo Meliá Hotels International. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

Habitación limpia y con mobiliario "nuevo". Tamaño de la habitación correcto. Amables en la recepción. Calidad de la restauración muy mejorable. Pedí un pescado con patatas (creo que era lo más caro de la carta) y no sabía a nada. La zona donde está se puede considerar céntrica pero es peligrosa, a 5 minutos que andes por la zona observas delincuencia e inseguridad. Por otro lado algo muy común en los últimos años en Barcelona.

Hotel muy bien situado en una zona de bullicio y espectáculos de Barcelona. Fuimos al teatro y después a cenar en una de las múltiples ofertas del Paralelo. La decoración del hotel es alegre y colorida, muy acorde con el estilo del barrio. La habitación, tenía vistas a la Sagrada Família (con la nueva cruz en la torre!) y al Tibidabo, muy espaciosa, limpia y silenciosa. El desayuno fenomenal, había de todo y más. Las cafeteras, situadas en los extremos, así no se formaban colas. Los zumos y tés muy buenos y variados. El bufet estaba distribuido de manera que, por un lado había lo dulce, bolleria, cereales, semillas, quesos, yogures, ets... y por el otro lo salado, también muy variado. El pan en otro espacio y la fruita en un lateral. Además, había una zona de "tortillas al momento", donde podías elegir entre muchos toppings. La iluminación era natural y las mesas estaban bien separadas, también había una terraza interior ajardinada, para los más atrevidos. El personal, tanto en la recepción, como en el restaurante, muy amable y servicial. Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima escapada cultural.

I’ve just returned from a trip to Barcelona, and I can honestly say I found a true home away from home at INNSiDE Barcelona Apolo by Melia. After spending a little over a week there, the experience truly exceeded all expectations. Starting with the location—it couldn’t be more convenient. The hotel is perfectly situated near all the lively spots that mattered to us, with easy access to buses, taxis, and a metro station literally right outside the door. As for the stay itself, the rooms are beautifully designed—clean, modern, and pleasantly minimal. What stood out were the thoughtful little details throughout the space that make you pause and appreciate the care put into creating a comfortable environment. When it comes to dining, we had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with great attention given to different dietary needs and preferences. Dinner was equally impressive. As a group dining together daily, we were consistently pleased with both the quality and variety of the food served. However, the true highlight of our stay was the people. The staff were, without a doubt, among the friendliest I’ve ever encountered—always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to the team who welcomed us on our first day. The ladies in charge went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. They handled all our requests with care and showed incredible understanding toward the needs of our large group, especially with children and families. It truly felt like being looked after by family—if not even better. This was my fourth time in Barcelona in two years, and without a doubt, this has been my best stay yet.
