Meliá Paris La Défense

I had a truly wonderful experience at Meliá Paris La Défense, thanks to the incredible support from Sokhna and Adlen. I was in a bit of a rush preparing for important meetings and needed a hair straightener, but faced a language barrier with my limited French. Despite this, Sokhna and Adlen went above and beyond to understand my situation and quickly arranged a local straightener for me. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help made all the difference. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a seamless and pleasant experience. Their thoughtful gesture not only saved me time but truly showed the level of care and hospitality this hotel offers. A big thank you to both of them for their outstanding service — they made my stay even more memorable!

I've stayed in this hotel many times, I really love the location and the staff, specially this time it was alondro the beautiful lebanese who checked me in and fatoumata, thank you alondro for the professionalism that you showed us this past week, big smile, no rush, easy checked us in with a whole big explanation even though we already know everything she mentioned things that we didn't know before, TOP!
