Spa, estuve en la planta 13 en el spa en el circuito, tiene unas vistas espectaculares 😍 del Teide, del mar y del Lago Martiánez. Buen precio 18€ incluye chanclas, toallas, gorro, tienes vestuario con casillero para dejar tus pertenencias, agua y puedes acceder por 1 1/2 hora. También tienes la opción de hacerte buenos masajes preguntar por la lista de precios. Hay que reservar antes.!! 100% recomendable

Great location, right on the beach front. 2 or 3 minute walk to the main bars restaurants and shops. We upgraded to a sea view room for 25 euros per night, fantastic views of the ocean. The room however is a little tired, needs refreshing and modernising. Also missing some basics, no tea/coffee making facilities (additional charge) no additional bedding , no mini fridge, I might be wrong in thinking that these should be included at a 4 star hotel? Very clean throughout with room cleaned daily. We paid an extra £20 (whole stay) to add evening meal which was buffet style. Not the best choice on offer and most of the cooked food was almost cold. The local restaurants are the place to be. Breakfast however was very good with a great choice including fresh omelette, fried egg and pancakes. I would stay here again but wouldn't bother with the evening meal

Superb location with excellent amenities for all. Sensible and calm environment with great multi cultural atmosphere. Half board worth it as food variety and quality excellent and superb breakfast. Look no further. Sea view room upgrade worth the funds. North facing so in the shade and excellent views, with great temperatures. Great Turkish spa and facilities in the glass roof top - you do pay extra but worth it. Consider booking directly to earn loyalty points. Rooms well equipped and excellent balconies. The hotel probably would benefit from soft water treatment to aid lime scale, which is common for hard water. We will be back to stay at this hotel again. Great!

Chambre avec vue sur la mer magnifique, bruit des vagues qui bercent depuis la chambre, accès à la plage direct par la piscine, spa inclus, bon petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse, très bon rapport qualité prix compte tenu des prestations

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Puerto de la Cruz bij hotel Sol Costa Atlantis. Pluspunten: - De medewerkers zijn enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam! - De locatie is geweldig. De boulevard en het strand liggen achter het hotel. - Het ontbijtbuffet was elke dag weer een feestje. Lekker eten en goed onderhouden tot het einde. Aandachtspunten voor het hotel: - Onze kamer was oud en niet netjes onderhouden. De bedden liggen prima, maar het behang valt zowat van de muur en gedurende de week werd de badkamer niet schoongemaakt. Er was ook geen koelkast op de kamer, dat was jammer. - Er zijn veel extra kosten bij dit hotel. Parkeren in de garage, gebruik van de spa, gebruik van het binnenzwembad zit allemaal niet bij de prijs in. Bedankt voor de fijne week! Wij raden dit hotel zeker aan bij anderen.
