What an amazing experience! The resort is BEAUTIFUL, but the staff is what really makes this place. From Dana, Pollito, Henry, and Carlos in activities, to Victor, Luis, Dilania, Luisa, Jorge, Jonathan, and Jayson at the bar, Alan our concierge, to everyone at the restaurants, all of housekeeping, spa workers, reception, every staff member we encountered was truly the best. I must say that Dana, Pollito, and Henry truly made us welcome from the beginning. People like them are the true gems of this hotel and are the relationships you hope to build when visiting another country. Otherwise, rooms are spacious and GORGEOUS, the facilities are great, but again, the staff here are all angels. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be returning!!
