(Translated by Google) It was a great experience staying at Meliá Manchester, and thanks to its staff, the Bangladeshi receptionist who spoke excellent Spanish and was very friendly, and the restaurant manager in Granada who was very professional.

We stayed in Manchester for 2 nights to celebrate our four year anniversary together which I listed on the booking. When we arrived the staff were very welcoming and friendly, they explained to us everything we needed to know and were happy to answer any questions. When we got to our room we noticed they left a note for us to congratulate us on our anniversary, and they also left a complimentary box of biscuits which was very kind and definitely started our stay off to a good start. The bed was very comfortable, and we were given a room on floor 9 meaning we had an amazing view of Manchester. We were given 10% off the hotel restaurant but we unfortunately didn’t get much time to go there but I’m certain it would have been brilliant. The room also has complimentary beverages in the fridge which was a nice touch and the drinks options were good. Only thing I would have preferred was maybe a hot chocolate sachet in the hot drink tray. I would definitely stay again!

Decent hotel, I arrived a little early and was offered to check my bag despite my room being ready which seemed somewhat pointless. Good size room and the bathroom had great water pressure. The beds are very firm which certainly won't suit everyone. Breakfast was ok, no hash browns or alternative potato offering. I felt it could have been better and wasn't great value, there's many great places in Manchester with nicer breakfasts.

Great hotel, spacious rooms and very attentive staff. Perfect location for the City Centre 5⭐
