Lovely resort Lovely pools good location Staff nice and helpful

Overall, the food was generally good for the hotel’s star rating, with a decent variety and acceptable quality. However, the organisation across the resort needs significant improvement. There were repeated issues with basic room necessities such as towels, coffee, and even toilet paper not being replenished properly, which shouldn’t happen at this level. There were also clear maintenance problems. The shower drainage was poor, leading to water build-up, and there was a persistent, unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, which made the bathroom uncomfortable to use. The resort itself is quite large, but it feels understaffed, which likely contributes to the slow service and lack of attention to detail. On a positive note, the beach is excellent and definitely recommended, and the massage service at the hotel was a very good experience. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I would not choose to return to this Meliá resort.

Hotel com excelentes instalações e uma praia absolutamente maravilhosa; contudo, o serviço deixa bastante a desejar, o que compromete significativamente a experiência global. Reservámos um quarto para quatro pessoas (dois adultos e duas crianças), mas o mesmo não se encontrava devidamente preparado à chegada — faltavam toalhas e alguns detalhes básicos que deveriam estar assegurados. Adicionalmente, a gestão do acesso à água é pouco prática: a água engarrafada só pode ser solicitada na receção e levantada posteriormente, não estando disponível na zona da piscina, mesmo em regime de tudo incluído. Para famílias com bebés ou crianças, e para quem não consome bebidas alcoólicas, esta limitação é difícil de compreender e pouco conveniente. São pormenores que, sendo facilmente ajustáveis, fariam uma diferença significativa — sobretudo tendo em conta o nível e posicionamento do hotel.

Was great we did all inclusive for 6 days and made the most out of the hotel and surrounding area in that time. Breakfast starts after 6 and the pools open at 8 so breakfast and then a swim is the way to go. The pools do close rather early though at 6 so swimming at night isn’t possible. The buffet was surprisingly above average but we were let down with the themed evening restaurants, the food wasn’t worth the value in most other than signori sassi. The pools were quite good but the water slides for kids looked basic, the swim up pool is a bit dead and we ended up spending most of our time in the pool near the entertainment stage. Most nights they had shows on we got to see mr paradox which was a magic show. Great surrounding area we went to the genial gardens and the Santa Maria pier. There were also many cats there that were all chill and liked pets
