“It is a complete different world compared to real Vietnam vibes - but you can definitely relax here! The Hotel delivers overall a good standard which you would not expect for Vietnam. The Building is clean, in good shape and maintenance, but a bit outdated. Staff is friendly and helpful, but it felt a bit deserved/frosting at first sight. But we had serveral inconveniences: Room: Power: it is 230v with European plugs, so no adapter needed. Power Plugs were hard to push in, it takes some time to fit in and be gentle once it fits in. Power: you are in Vietnam! expect sometimes some power outages. We had some serveral times, but nothing to worry about it. WiFi: Complementary WiFi is available, but at evening times (6pm to midnight) bandwith is not enough for streaming. Recommendation: Download it at off-peak times to avoid any inconveniences at evening. Privacy: Watchout if you are travelling with friends: our room had no door to bath/toilette area, so it is open to the living area/beds and milk glass from showers to the Room ended at about 1,5m height. This alone is a reason why we can not recommend it, you can not use toilet flush without disturbing your roommate. Overall there is not too much privacy in your room. Food: Great Breakfast buffet! Your will find a wide variety of local and western or asian options every morning. refills - even less than 30 minutes before ending time - Awesome! There are three different Restaurant options and also in-room-dining is possible - 24/7. The food options of lunch/dinner are fully western, less local food options. Quality was good, nothing too bad but also nothing exceptional. We can not recommend Dinner buffet at main Building: Buffet stood outside for hours at ~30+ degrees Celsius - danger of poising. The dishes itself were well spiced, but quality felt a bit lower compared to the other Restaurant options. We felt sick in our stomaches next day. Negative: Charge for in-room-dining: Fair would be just a Service charge if you ordered All-Inclusive. Beverages: All-Inclusive is not full All-Inclusive: Beverages include only local alcohol as described. but at all locations you receive only a dedicated all-inclusive drink card with a very limited choice of drinks. Better: One drink card with all mixable drinks and surcharges -> more transparency. Negative: The minibar is filled once at arrival and won‘t be refilled - even with booked all-inclusive package - only with an in-room charge you are able to receive a fully equipped mini-bar again. If you order drinks or sodas to your Room it will be additionally charged. Beach Bar is also excluded from all-inclusive package. In addition: You are not entitled to grab a drink at any location and take it into your room! In your room you will find a large bottle of water from a local brand, use and refills are free of charge, but it is hided behind a Hotel branded cloak. All bottles were sealed and freshly opened at delivery. Even the in-room water was okay, the hiding of water-bottle behind a hotel branded cloak left a bad feeling to us. Can not recommend All-Inclusive package. It‘s only worth it if you drink a lot of Sodas at Pool or hotel lobby. The All-Inclusive package for beverages and food are too pricy for the limited choice - even you wanna be careless. Overall: Hotel overcharges food and beverages. You can grab a Soda for 25kVND at a local mart, Hotel charges you 80k VND. Recommendation is to dine out outside, even if you have to travel a bit. In a radius of 1km you will find only a few options. Better take a Grab/XanhSM to next city. With All-Inclusive package you are heavily restricted to hotel. Don’t waste your money! Overall I won’t come back - value for money aren‘t in balance, even the stay wasn’t too bad. During our whole stay (2weeks) no salmon was available - mad.”

“Отличный отель на первой линии со своим пляжем. Да, отель не новый, но все чисто и опрятно. Ухоженная большая зеленая территория, с беседками и лежаками. Большой бассейн 1.3 и с баром. Два ресторана на берегу моря на выбор. Отменные разнообразные завтраки с едой на любой вкус в главном ресторане по утрам. Вечером живая музыка. Панорамный вид на море из номеров главного здания, уютный балкончик с креслами и столиком. Отличный пляж с хорошим белым песком и входом. Более чем приемлемая стоимость. Близко от аэропорта, 15 минут на автомобиле. PS. Рядом нет соседних отелей и кафешек, если кому-то критично. У нас был байк, поэтому ездили ужинали в разных локациях по острову. Ближайший крупный супермаркет - Конг в ближайшем городке, 5 минут езды. Там есть все, от еды до одежды. Проживали с 17-22.04.26. Рекомендуем!”See more reviews
