El servicio del personal del Guest Service, Nerea y Adriana, espectacular; nos apoyaron con todo tipo de reservaciones, nos dieron un pequeño tour de los edificios históricos que componen el hotel y nos recomendaron múltiples experiencias y lugares, gestionados por, o cerca del hotel. El personal del Room Service y Maché (Restaurante), espectacular, especialmente Paola. En realidad todo el personal fue espectacular e hizo de nuestra estancia una sumamente placentera. Estuvimos más de dos semanas y realmente lo sentimos como si fuera nuestro propio piso, con un personal sumamente atento y detallista. El barrio de las artes y sus restaurantes, tiendas y cercanía a parques, avenidas y metro, lo hace una ubicación ideal para vacacionar varios días por Madrid.”See more reviews
