“Z tohoto hotelu máme celkově smíšené dojmy. Hotel jednoznačně není tak luxusní a zachovalý, jak se prezentuje na fotografiích. Jde o spíše takový průměrný standard. Pokud jde o personál, překvapilo nás, že možná až polovina personálu neuměla anglicky. O to více, že šlo o některé zaměstnance na recepci a zejména pak některé na pool baru, kde jsem si v jednu chvíli připadal, jako bych při objednávání občerstvení navazoval kontakt s bytostí z jiné planety. 😁 Na druhou stranu, alkoholické drinky míchali opravdu poctivě a moc nám chutnaly. 👍 Rovněž chválím místní animátory, kteří dělají svou práci velmi dobře a z celého hotelu jsou rozhodně nejvíce kompetentní. 👏 Úroveň místní jídelny je diskutabilní, kvalita jídel ucházející až podprůměrná. Ale pak člověku kazí dojem takové ty detaily, jakože na celý hotel jsou pouze dva kávovary na zrnkovou kávu (ostatní dva jsou na instantní hnus, co se nedá pozřít) a z těch dvou "normálních" byl za celou dobu v provozu pouze jeden, protože ten druhý byl nepřekonatelný problém opravit. Do toho si přidejte každodenní slalom mezi urputně závodícími hosty o své místo před jídelním pultem a z důvodu Ikea uspořádání jídelny hledání volného místa na konci místního labyrintu a asi pochopíte, že místní gastro zážitek se vám do top 10 rozhodně nezapíše. Ale naopak chválíme skutečnost, že alko i nealko pití bylo v ceně polopenze. 👍 Kuriozitou za nás bylo, že i přes mou žádost o dodatečné povlečení peřiny / deky pro naší 4 letou dceru (měla pouze deku bez prostěradla nebo povlečení) mi bylo personálem na recepci sděleno, že povlečení nedostaneme, jelikož hotel dodržuje principy udržitelnosti. Jako to vážně? 😂🤦♂️ Poloha hotelu je fajn, pouze 5 minut chůze od krásné pláže. Škoda jen, že jsme byli každé ráno buzení hlučnými dělníky, kteří u vedlejšího hotelu prováděli stavební práce. Nakonec ještě musím pochválit krásný bazén s vyhřívanou vodou. Celkově uvedu, že po odstranění zmíněných nedostatků může jít o poměrně kvalitní hotel, jen by bylo fér ho prezentovat jako spíše "lidovější" typ hotelu pro rodiny, spíše než jako luxusní butique hotel, kterým se snaží působit na webových stránkách a na booking.com”

“Щиро дякую ☺️ Від приїзду до відʼїзду рівень прийняття гостей просто чудовий ❤️🌴 Всім людям не можна догодити. Але люди хочуть за малі гроші космо сервіс. Я за приємну суму отримала дружній приємний сервіс стійки реєстрації протягом всього заїзду ❤️🫂 всі питання, розʼяснення, план заходів на цілий тиждень, , прохання і побажання, навіть надрукувати квитки🥹 Їжа була різноманітною, особливо на вечір багато видів риби і мʼяса. Басейн без підігріву але за рахунок сонця нагрівався до температури теплого молока. Щоденно прибирали в номері, персонал був дійсно добрим і щирим. Кожного дня програма, раджу вам брати спортивне бо дуже різноманітний спорт від персоналу. Дякую! Я вас обов’язково рекомендуватиму друзям P.S. поруч безкоштовна парковка величезна І до пляжу рівно 5 хв”See more reviews
