“We have now stayed at Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura for the second time, and once again the hotel exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Our first stay in September 2025 impressed us so much that we already knew we had to return and we are very happy to say that our second stay was just as exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning. The location directly by the ocean is absolutely beautiful, the entire resort is stylish, modern, and extremely well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property feels calm, luxurious, and welcoming at the same time. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the people who work here. Throughout our entire stay, we experienced outstanding hospitality, professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth from every department. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurants, bars, and Guest Experience Team, everyone consistently made us feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. One thing that stood out to us in particular was the incredible attention to detail. Even our food intolerances were remembered and taken into consideration at every visit without us needing to repeat them constantly. Small details like this make a huge difference and show how guest-oriented the entire team truly is. During our stay, we unfortunately experienced a minor medical issue, and the level of care, compassion, and support we received afterwards was absolutely remarkable. Help was offered immediately, staff regularly checked on our well-being, and everyone showed genuine kindness and empathy. Situations like this reveal the true quality of a hotel, and Paradisus Fuerteventura handled it exceptionally well. The gastronomic experience was also outstanding. The restaurants offer excellent food, a great atmosphere, and consistently high service quality. Mascalzone in particular became our absolute favorite restaurant during this stay. What we appreciate most about Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura is that luxury here never feels artificial or distant. Instead, the hotel creates an atmosphere where guests genuinely feel comfortable, relaxed, appreciated, and emotionally connected to the place. The fact that we are already planning our next stay says everything. Thank you to the entire team for making this vacation so unforgettable. However, what we would particularly like to highlight is not only the beautiful resort or the excellent gastronomy, but above all the people who bring this hotel to life every day. Throughout our entire stay, we were welcomed everywhere with extraordinary friendliness, attentiveness, and warmth. Whether at the reception, in the restaurants and bars, in the guest experience area, or by the housekeeping team, we were always greeted with a smile, genuine appreciation, and a clear desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible. What sets this hotel apart from many other luxury resorts, in our opinion, is the fact that hospitality is not merely part of the company philosophy but is genuinely lived and embodied by the staff. You do not feel like a room number or just one of many guests, but rather like a welcome and valued visitor whose well-being truly matters to the team. We were especially impressed by the exceptional care and willingness to help after a foot injury occurred during our stay. Assistance was offered immediately, our well-being was checked on regularly, and every possible form of support was provided. This was not only professional service but, above all, genuine compassion and sincere human kindness. It is in situations like these that the true quality of a hotel becomes evident, and Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura demonstrated impressively the high standards by which service and guest care are practiced here. We were equally delighted once again by the gastronomy. The quality of the food is outstanding, the selection is varied, and the presentation is of the highest standard. Particularly impressive is the consistently high quality maintained throughout the entire stay. Individual requests and dietary restrictions were always handled reliably and attentively, which is by no means something to be taken for granted and reflects a high level of professionalism. In addition, the entire resort offers a pleasant, relaxed, and at the same time refined atmosphere. Despite the size of the property, everything feels personal, warm, and welcoming. It is precisely this combination of luxury, professionalism, and humanity that makes the hotel so special to us. There are many beautiful hotels in the world. However, only a few manage to make you look forward to returning while you are still there. Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura is undoubtedly one of those special places for us. The fact that this was already our second stay and that we are already planning our next visit is probably the greatest compliment one can give a hotel. Anyone looking for a resort that stands out not only because of its location and facilities but above all because of its exceptional hospitality, genuine warmth, and outstanding service quality will find exactly that here. “Maravillosas vacaciones en un paraje natural atendido de lujo por todo el personal del Hotel.”

“Nos vamos encantados con nuestra experiencia en el hotel. Para empezar, nada más llegar nos atendió Borja, un chico encantador que nos aconsejó sitios que visitar en la isla, aunque sinceramente, se está tan bien en el hotel que da hasta pena salir de él. Fue super amable y servicial, un 10 para este chico! La estancia en si, una maravilla, la comida está riquísima, mucha variedad, y el personal en general muy atento. Mención especial para dos camareros del bar de piscina, Ángela y Jayco(perdón si escribo mal su nombre) fueron super agradables y alegres! Nos reímos mucho con ellos, y además, muy buenos profesionales. Como única sugerencia para el hotel, pondría algo de música ambiente en la piscina, ya que, aunque sea un lugar tranquilo, sin hilo musical es demasiado apagado. En general, nos vamos muy relajados y muy felices después de nuestra estancia, y, sin duda, es un lugar al que volveremos para pasar nuestras próximas vacaciones.”
