“We spent 3 nights here 6-9th may,on arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who told us our room was ready early so we were happy,after an early flight and a long transfer we were desperate to get showered and changed,it was very much appreciated. The staff are the hotel are friendly and happy to help with any queries. We loved the location, just across the road from neptunes and an 8 minute walk to the beach. I will say I wish we hadn't booked half board,we ate in the restaurant one evening but the food wasn't great,breakfast was ok,but the evening food was very limited,and when I saw meatballs been emptied out of a plastic bag into the trays on the servers I put down my fork and left. Also when booking be aware there is the peilcanos building then the ocas building, our travel agent is showing the ocas rooms on pelicanos website and not the rooms we got. The rooms were clean and pretty quiet but just tired and maybe need updating, mould in corners of bath etc. Pool areas were spotlessly clean,and tons of sunbeds,it was super quiet out there but I think it's still quite early in the season. On a whole it was a comfortable stay,it wouldn't stop me coming back,I'd probably just opt for bed and breakfast rather than half board.”See more reviews

“Recently stayed at this hotel with my Daughter and I have to say that the staff were quite rude especially the bar staff as I was abruptly shouted at for not understanding what he was saying and also came across very arrogant and was also charged for borrowing a kettle that cost €27 as a deposit and didn't recieve the full amount back. Apart from that, the rooms were quite nice with a balcony, good air conditioning, great location and a good selection of food and swimming pools. Could be improved by providing blankets inside the rooms as the tempreture drops at night.”See more reviews

“Decent hotel with a few need for improvements. Firstly, the bar staff are rude and patronising. My mum had a problem on the first day with them. 2 days later I went to the bar (the time before I went, I never received my token back; I also made it clear to the bar staff when I first bought my drink I’m not sure how the process of the tokens work, so he was fully aware what he was doing) when I brang my cup back on the time before, I never reached my token back... The bar staff asked for my token I explained that i didn’t receive one and he was rather arrogant and said “well it’s €1 extra if you don’t have your token, you should have bring you cup back” being sarky. I explained that I did bring my cup back, and didn’t receive my token, yet he still charged me. Secondly, the cleaners are lovely, very polite and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t great after cleaning had been finished. There was crumbs left all over the balcony floor, bed sheets with stains were changed (but unfortunately not the pillows, they just flipped them around), the mirror accidentally had tanning lotion sprayed onto the mirror and that wasn’t cleaned too. You are given very minimal toiletries at this hotel, which is not expected upon arrival, just for those looking to stay, to make sure you have toiletries. (Shower gel & shampoo is included) You have to pay a deposit to use the kettle, €27 (we stayed for 3 nights) when my mum went to the reception to return the kettle at the end of our stay they only gave her €20 back as they charged her for sachets of coffee and sugar (which is normally complimentary at any standard hotel). Also note, if you want additional water, you will be charged. If you want to smoke, you have to go to the other end of the pool area in a designated section. However vaping is fine (I’m a vaper) Overall, the rooms are pretty decent, the pool area is lovely, breakfast has a good selection. Receptionists and cleaners are friendly.”See more reviews

“Great basic 3 star hotel very near the main strip in Benidorm. Rooms are kitted with everything you need and are cleaned daily. There were some good food options at both lunch and dinner buffet which catered for all the group. Was my third time staying in this hotel and I’m sure I’ll be back again.”See more reviews

“We spent 6 days staying here all inclusive at the start of May and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are absolutely fantastic here and the pool is beautiful. The food on offer is not always the best quality however there is a wide variety and we were happy with all the meals. There is a strange smell in the rooms and our toilet was half off of the wall which was a bit odd. The room was clean and provided us with a quiet space amongst the Benidorm chaos. Some people that stay here are very loud, so don't be surprised if you get woken up by people shouting and screaming in the corridors. The entertainment was good and as a whole, we would definitely recommend for others to stay here.”See more reviews

A hamburger cooked just right. An original salad. A pizza or some ravioli with pesto. You choose what you want from the buffet in the Pelícanos building. There is also a show-cooking area where you can see your favourite dishes being prepared in real time.
