“Hotel estupendo, ya hemos estado en varias ocasiones con nuestros hijos y nos encanta. Habitaciones fantásticas y desayuno inmejorable. Ubicación muy cómoda para acceder a las pistas. Destacar este año que hemos probado por primera vez la excursión de raquetas sobre nieve con el guía Juan y nos ha encantado! Un paseo por la montaña nevada de Baqueira con los niños y con un atardecer idílico. Juan nos explicó la historia, geología y geografía del lugar de manera muy completa y amena. “Las habitaciones están muy bien, al igual que el hotel en general, con buenos desayunos y comidas. Es un hotel muy cómodo, donde las taquillas están muy cerca del telecabina. Además, el spa ha mejorado muchísimo tras la remodelación y es genial. Destacar a María como masajista, da unos masajes increíbles! También quiero destacar las actividades que ofrece el hotel. Hemos hecho un día de esquí con guía y la actividad de raquetas de nieve, ambas con Juan. Ha sido muy gratificante y hemos aprendido un montón, tanto de técnica como de historia. Gracias! “Nous n’avons pas séjourné dans cet hôtel, mais nous y sommes venus en famille à plusieurs reprises pour profiter de la salle de fitness, du spa, d’un massage ainsi que de quelques repas. L’expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. Toute l’équipe est absolument adorable, de la réception au service en salle, avec une mention toute particulière pour le personnel du spa. Isabella, Isabel et Dolly sont d’une grande gentillesse, toujours accueillantes et extrêmement arrangeantes — et ce, alors même que nous n’étions pas clients de l’hôtel. Cela mérite vraiment d’être souligné. Je recommande sans hésitation cet établissement pour la qualité de son accueil et de ses prestations. Seul point d’amélioration selon moi : la recharge des véhicules électriques dans le parking.
